Kajal Agarwal who had a slight slump in her career after successive duds Veera and Dhada, is back on the busy curve again.Everything seems to be going well for even on personal front. She recently won a case against a popular oil company.

Kajal Agarwal filed a petition in the court seeking a ban on a popular oil company from using her stills and name in their commercials. The actress was signed up to endorse a popular oil brand for one year. Even after this one-year period expired, the company had been using her name and the commercials in which she had starred.

Even after repeated requests the company did not stop using her name and hence the actress has sought legal recourse. On hearing her petition, the division ordered the oil company not to use the actress’s name anymore.
