Samantha's illness has put the timely release of 'Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu' (SVSC) in jeopardy.

The first big multi-starrer of Telugu industry with the likes of superstars Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu in the lead roles, the film which was to be wrapped by August only to be released in September might see a delay considering that Sam is not fully-fit to face the lights.

Even if Sam arrives on sets, it would be a difficult proposition for the actress to allocate bulk dates for the film since her other films which are in the production stages too need her.

Realising this, the actress, to not trouble the producers financially anymore, has taken a conscious decision to complete her impending assignments before signing any new project .

Meanwhile, director Sreekanth Addala is currently filming some scenes in Relangi near Tanuku. Later on July 16, the unit will move to Bhadrachalam for a brief outing.
