Nandamuri Balakrishna and Mahesh Babu have one thing in common. Both have been the top heroes of their own time. But there is also a difference. Balayya belongs to a different time and age than Mahesh. So, it can never be possible that Balayya can become like Mahesh Babu or vice-versa.

But that’s where things went wrong. Apparently, this is the criticism coming after watching the recent release ‘Srimannarayana’. The focus was on the costumes for Balayya and the kind of dresses he wore in the songs was absurd. Usually Mahesh wears such things and he carries them off in style.

On the contrary, how can Balayya who has passed his prime and has a personality which is rather wide compared to Mahesh fit into it? Of course, it is not Balayya’s fault. It is the fault of the director and the costume designer who suggested such outfits. Anyways, let us hope Balayya doesn’t repeat such mistakes in his future flicks.
