Taking an average, a top league super hit Bollywood movie tends to collect somewhere around Rs 15 crores on the first day of its release. But now it is heard that the makers of the new movie ‘Zanjeer’ are targeting Rs 25 crores as the first day release and plans are already underway to achieve that.

This marks the debut of Ram Charan into Bollywood and it is heard that the makers want to use the big star Salman Khan for promotion because of the intimacy he has with Chiru’s family. Sources also reveal that just in AP they want to release in 1300 theatres.

Since it is the remake of the classic hit starring Amitabh Bachchan, it is heard that the makers also want to use Big B for some promo activities. Plans are on to hold some paid premieres across different cities in India. In that swing if the film gets good talk it will touch Rs 45 crores within the first three days and even if it doesn’t work the first day target of Rs 25 crores is confirmed.
