Mega Power Star Ram Charan Teja is thrown into bottleneck problems in 2013. He is all set to debut Bollywood with the film “Zanjeer”, but this film was struck in few legal issues. 

He signed on the dotted lines of “Yevadu” but as “Zanjeer” is a special venture, he initially allocated majority of his call sheets to this flick. Now “Zanjeer” release has been delayed and the shooting of “Yevadu” was also delayed. Apart from professional life, Ram Charan is facing hurdles with respect to personal life. He encountered a tiff with software employees near Banjara Hills and this triggered another problem. Police officials took this issue to the core and investigated it clearly. 

 Sources from this team revealed that the issue is turning more serious as Chiranjeevi’s personal guards were involved in this aspect. Along with Ram Charan’s protectors, Chiranjeevi’s guards too went for a fight with the techies. This issue is raising the levels of curiosity among audience. He has brought himself a plush apartment worth Rs 12 crore in Mumbai. The latest from the mega family is that Ram Charan will be shifting base from Hyderabad to Mumbai. The sources say that Upasana had recently gone to Mumbai to see the house. The word is that she liked it immensely. It is being said that it is Upasana who insisted that they move to their new house. 

 Looks like Ram Charan will play the good husband and give in to his wife’s decision. The couple is likely to move into their home once Ram Charan finishes shooting for Evadu. Well, it’s nothing new say those close to the mega family. 

It is only natural for a son to move out of his parents’ house, they feel. Also, given that Ram Charan is keen on pursuing his Bollywood career, they feel that living in Mumbai will serve dual purpose.

The reports of Ram Charan moving his base to Mumbai surfaced as soon as the purchase of a luxury flat for Rs 12 crore by the actor in a posh locality in Mumbai came to light. However, Charan rubbishes the reports to confirm he has no plans to move to Mumbai but bought the property as it's much better than living of a suitcase in a hotel. 'My base will be always be Hyderabad. This flat will help me during my stay in Mumbai,' confirms the star. Apart from confirming the price tag, our mega hero told that the flat was over 4,000 square feet. He,however, refused to reveal anymore details as of now because the renovation works are still under progress. 

Once everything gets fixed, the actor promised to share the pictures of his new home and celebrate. 'I'm planning to organize a housewarming party for my friends by the end of 2013,' states Cherry. Ram Charan will have to be part of a 45-days promotional campaign for his maiden Bollywood project 'Zanjeer'. Owning a flat in Mumbai will come handy for him during that period and it's always a better feeling to stay at home rather than at someone's place or star hotels. Good thinking Mega Powerstar!

When two big stars emerge from the same family it is natural to draw a comparative analysis. And that too, if they come from different generations but still have a same following among the audience. If the latest grapevine is to be believed Mega Power Star Ram Charan signed to work with Star Producer Ashwini Dutt. As per the sources, the producer has already paid full payment of Rs. 10 crores for the actor. Ashwini Dutt has been facing tough time with continuous flops. His last film NTR starrer ‘Shakthi’ was a disaster. His daughters also produced several small budget projects, which all were duds. Now, Aswini Dutt wants to comeback with a bang. Srinu Vytla, who is currently directing NTR’s Baadshah, is going to direct this crazy projects. It is heard that, Dutt paid Rs. 5 crores as advance for the director. Ace writer Kona Venkat is providing script for the film. Few days ago, Dutt announced to make a sequel to Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s blockbuster movie ‘Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari’. This sequel is going to be directed by Raghavendra Rao. So, to get dates for 2 films, Dutt paid whopping Rs. 10 crore as advance. Meanwhile, Ram Charan is presently doing ‘Yevadu’ in the direction of Vamsi Paidipally. Cherry is simultaneously doing films like- V.V.Vinayak’s ‘Nayak’ and a Bollywood film Zanjeer in the direction of Apoorva Lakhia.

Doing multiple projects is a good thing but if there is no proper planning then any actor will ultimately create a mess not just of his time but also that of the directors. And if it is someone like Ram Charan then the damage is much higher. But then sources say something like that is happening right now.
