Hero Allu Arjun who has been going through a big drought of flops is currently jumping in joy. The reason for that is his recent release ‘Julayi’ has been received with an overwhelming response and now the talk is on to decide what is going to be the range of this movie.
Apparently, the film has been technically declared as a hit and the long weekend plus the festive holiday of Ramzan worked a lot in the film’s favour. So, the cine pundits are predicting that ‘Julayi’ could well be hitting a Super Hit label and become one of the top grosser in Tollywood.
The other blessing for them is the disaster of ‘Devudu Chesina Manushulu’. Irrespective of that, the film has enough entertainment value and comedy to appease the family audience. The next best film is ‘Sudigadu’ which is a medium budget flick so that way ‘Julayi’ has got a clear path to grab more collections. Let us see how far it goes.

The first week collections of 'Julayi' are phenomenal making it the highest in Allu Arjun's career. In India alone, the film has collected a gross of Rs 38 crores and share of Rs 24 crores. Taking $1 million at Overseas into account, the worldwide gross of the film is around Rs 44 crore.
With these earth shattering figures, Julayi entered into the All Time Top 5 openings in Tollywood. The Malayalam version of the film (Gaja Pokkiri) is releasing a week later (on August 17), else the figures would have been much higher.
The collections were very impressive in the second week as well. With Ramzan season coming to an end on 20th of this month, the strong run of Julayi is expected at least for the next few weeks. Let's see if this films enters into the All Time Top 5 grossers list or not!

When two stars emerge from the same family it is natural to have comparisons and evaluation on both.
